BOOKING YOUR BAND AT RUSTY'S
Rusty’s offers a unique music location.  We work hard to maintain a relaxed professional “attitude free” environment for the musician, their fans and our sanity.
We are looking for bands that have a draw of a minimum of 50 covers per show.  Our goal is to book a wide range of music, but our current line-up is predominately rock, alternative, pop, reggae and occasional blues-rock.  We try not to limit ourselves, but are always open to something not in our usual line-up.  Rusty’s initially books bands for a 1 hour set.  Unfortunately we are not in a position to do guarantees, but are in a position to renegotiate play time, cover and percentages after a band has shown a consistently strong draw.
If you are interested in playing here, please follow these submission guidelines:
DEMOS

They are required and must be submitted online.
Do not send online demos that require downloading, or are in video form.
PREVIOUS GIGS List 5 or 6 venues you have previously played, preferably on the west side.
Don’t waste your time listing every place you ever played.  Please include your local draw.
CONTACT INFO

Make sure to include a phone number and name, along with your position with the band.
You must be authorized to book the band.
Above all be professional.  Please remember that the staff there has a job to do and may not be able to answer your questions.
They are not being rude – they just need to take care of our guests, who may someday be fans of yours.
